Dear Prospective Quoter:
 
SUBJECT:  Solicitation Number S-KS700-08-Q-0032
 
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Restroom renovation work at room #435 (male), 4th floor of the Chancery.  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1442 that follows this letter.
 
The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation.  We intend to award a purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
 
Quotations are due by May 13, 2008.
See Section J of the attached Request for Quotations (RFQ).
 
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference on May 1, 2008, 10:00 hrs at GSO, U.S. Embassy, Seoul, Korea. If you intend to participate in the conference, you will be required to submit the completed GSO access request form (attached) via fax to Park, Sang Hee (Fax: 02-796-0516) no later than 10:00 hrs, April 28, 2008.
Offerors are requested to limit the number of participants to two persons per company.
