Appointment System for American Citizen Services

Important! You must make an appointment online for all routine U.S. citizen services such as passport application services, request for Consular Report of Birth Abroad, notarial services and questions regarding federal benefits.

Exceptions to the routine consular services appointment requirement will be made on a case-by-case basis for emergency situations only.

Your appointment password is not retrievable.  Remember to write/copy your password from the “Appointment Details" screen in case you need to change or cancel your appointment.  Please be aware that we are unable to retrieve your password for you.

After you have scheduled an appointment, please remember to write down your automatically generated password in order to edit or cancel your appointment in the future.  (Note: You do not need to bring your appointment confirmation page to enter the U.S. Embassy as long as you have scheduled an appointment online.)

Your appointment password is not retrievable. Remember to write/copy your password from the “Appointment Details Screen”  in case you need to change or cancel your appointment.  Please be aware that we are unable to retrieve your passport for you.
