U.S. Overseas Absentee Voting Event

American Center Location

The U.S. Embassy will be hosting a voting event on Saturday, October 13 from 11am to 3pm to make voting easier and more convenient for U.S. citizens in Korea. The event will be held at the American Center Korea in Yongsan-gu near the Sookmyung and Samgakji metro stations (see attached map). Embassy staff will be available to assist U.S. citizens cast their absentee ballots. The ballots will be collected by staff, date-marked and forwarded to the appropriate state election agency at no cost to the voter.

Remember: voting is a responsibility and privilege for all American citizens and especially meaningful in this hotly contested general election with historical ramifications. Make sure your voice is heard!
