Courier Service

If you are eligible to apply for a nonimmigrant visa(NIV) without an interview, do not come to the Embassy to drop off your passport and application materials. Please use an Embassy-approved courier company (Ilyang and Hanjin). The couriers will pick up your passport and application materials from your home or office, deliver them to the Embassy and then return them directly to your home or office. You can track the delivery status of your passport on-line.

Each visa application must be processed on its own, even for family members who apply together. Due to various processing times, even if you have a visa interview with your family members on the same day, everyone's visa may not be ready on the same day. Therefore we ask that each passport have a separate courier slip attached.

How Do I Do It?
