Brad Story

Sculptor Brad Story is a native of Essex, Massachusetts and a seventh-generation boat builder. He has always been fascinated with flight and winged things and has been modeling and sculpting all his life.

He has a degree in art from Kenyon College, where he was selected for Phi Beta Kappa.  In 2004 he received the Artist Award for excellence from the Society of Arts and Crafts.

He has been focusing exclusively on his sculpture since 1999 and has received public art commissions at the SeaTac Airport in Seattle and the Cape Ann Historical Museum in Gloucester, MA.  He has shown his work in numerous galleries and shows including at the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park in Lincoln, MA, the Target Gallery in Alexandria, VA, the Smithsonian Craft Show and the Philadelphia Museum of Art Craft Show.
