Street Address: 32 Sejong-no, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

The U.S. Embassy is located near in Gwanghwamoon Station, subway line 5 (purple), exit 2. 

It is across the street from the Sejong Cultural Center and next to the Ministry of Information and Communication/KT Building.

Please be aware that we DO NOT have a parking lot available for the public.

IF YOU ARE VISITING

• American Citizen Services (ACS)

  Please use the front entrance of the Embassy, which is located on the main road. American Citizen Services is open to the public as below:
   
  - Appointment Hours: 8:45-11:15 am  Monday through Friday
  - Walk-in Hours: 1:00-3:00 pm  M, T, Th, F .  
  
  We are closed on Wednesday afternoons and on both U.S. and Korean holidays.
  
  In the event of an emergency, please call the Embassy switchboard at 82-2-397-4114.
  
  

• Immigrant Visa (IV) branch or Citizenship & Immigration Services (CIS)
  Please use the side entrance and proceed to the 3rd floor.





• Nonimmigrant Visa (NIV) branch
  Please use the side entrance and proceed the the 1st floor.
