U.S. Embassy Holiday Series Event – Labor Day
On Friday, September 7, 2007 at 10:00 A.M., the Information Resource Center (IRC) of the U.S. Embassy in Seoul will hold its fourth Holiday Series Program in honor of U.S. Labor Day. Speaking on the topic, “Understanding American Business Culture,” Robert Ogburn, Deputy Minister-Counselor for Public Affairs of the U.S. Embassy, will deliver a keynote speech. The festivities will continue throughout the day with Ms. Maggie Kymn, Communication Director of Boeing Korea, on career development and networking, Embassy staff Jun Sang Woo’s travel adventure story, U.S. trivia quizzes and magic show, and a practical speech by Embassy Spokesman Max Kwak on “Fun and Effective Ways to Learn English.” Consecutive interpretation will be provided.
This program is free of charge and is open to the public. Media are welcome to attend.
