U.S. Agricultural Trade Office Welcomes “The Florida Chef”
to Busan International Seafood Expo:

On November 15-18, 2007, the Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) of the U.S. Embassy will anchor a U.S. pavilion at the fifth annual Busan International Seafood & Fisheries Expo (BIFSE).

The U.S. pavilion at BISFE 2007 will feature cooking demonstrations by Justin Timineri, “The Florida Chef”, who will offer show attendees a chance to taste the distinctive flavor of seafood from the Southern region of the United States.

South Korea is the fourth largest market for U.S. fish and seafood products accounting for about $400 million of U.S. exports in 2006. A variety of U.S. exhibitors representing U.S. seafood producers from the Atlantic Coast of the United States will be present at BIFSE 2007 to exhibit their products and discuss business opportunities with interested attendees. U.S. exhibitors will include representatives from Sea Watch International (http://www.seawatch.com/) and J & R Seafood, Inc. (http://www.jrseafood.com/).

For additional information about the U.S. pavilion at BIFSE please contact ATOSeoul@fas.usda.gov.
