U.S. Agricultural Trade Office Welcomes, “U.S. Seafood Exhibitors” to the Busan International Seafood Expo:

On November 12-14, 2009, the Agricultural Trade Office of the U.S. Embassy will anchor a U.S. pavilion at the annual Busan International Seafood & Fisheries Expo (BISFE).
The U.S. pavilion at BISFE 2009 will feature cooking demonstrations by Chef Justin Timineri, who will offer show attendees a chance to taste the distinctive flavor of seafood from the Southern region of the United States.
South Korea is the fourth largest market for U.S. fish and seafood products accounting for about $130 million of U.S. exports in 2008. A variety of U.S. exhibitors representing U.S. seafood producers from the Atlantic Coast of the United States will be present at BIFSE 2009 to exhibit their products and discuss business opportunities with interested attendees. U.S. exhibitors will include representatives from J & R Seafood, Inc., Blue Marine Seafood, USK International Business Group, Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA), Food Export USA, North East and U.S. Agricultural Trade Office.
