Holiday Series Event – Thanksgiving Day

On Friday, November 16, 2007 at 10:00 A.M., the Information Resource Center (IRC) of the U.S. Embassy in Seoul will hold its fifth Holiday Series Program to celebrate U.S. Thanksgiving.  Speaking on the topic, “Over the River and Through the Woods,” Patrick Linehan, Minister-Counselor for Public Affairs of the U.S. Embassy, will deliver a keynote speech. 

The festivities will continue throughout the day with a lunch discussion with William A. Stanton, Deputy Chief of Mission, over Thanksgiving traditional food, music performance by Dream Saxophone Choir, Golden Bell Trivia quizzes and prizes, and a presentation by an Embassy interpreter on “Fun and Effective Ways to Learn English.” Consecutive interpretation will be provided.

This program is free of charge and open to the public. Media are welcome to attend.
