Nonimmigrant Visa Appointments
Please note that only applicants with appointments will be admitted into the Embassy. Due to space constraints we are unable to allow third parties, including friends, employees, or attorneys, to accompany applicants to interviews. Minor children may be accompanied by a guardian adult, and disabled applicants needing assistance or escort may be interviewed together with another individual.
How to make an appointment
To schedule an appointment, you need to first purchase a PIN using either a Visa or Master card:

One PIN allows applicants to schedule an appointment for a specific date and time for up to five immediate family members up to 3 months ahead. The applicant may access his/her appointment at any time until 2 days before the appointment date, but can only make changes to the appointment (cancel or reschedule) up to two times

Live operators give scripted visa information and schedule appointments for up to five immediate family members with one PIN. Two telephone calls can be made within three months until two business days before the scheduled appointment.
If you are having difficulty using the web service or the toll number, or have questions concerning your PIN, please e-mail Teletech Government Solutions directly at email@example.com. They will reply to your e-mail within 48 hours. If your inquiry is more urgent, please call their help desk at 003-08-131-657 (M-F, 8:30-5:00, except U.S. and Korean holidays). Please do not call the U.S. Embassy with such inquiries.
