Driving While Intoxicated Arrests

If you have had a single arrest or conviction for driving under influence of alcohol (DUI) within the past five years, or have had two or more DUI arrests or convictions in ten years, the panel physician has to complete a psychiatric evaluation. This evaluation may take place during your medical examination if you report your conviction to the panel physician. Otherwise, you will be required to return to the panel physician for this evaluation after the initial interview before a visa can be issued.
